Delivery & Shipping
1. The goods shall be normally delivered via the transport routes and to the delivery address specified by the customer. For processing the transaction, the seller’s delivery address stated in the order processing is deemed authoritative. Deviating from this, if payment by Omise was selected, the delivery address the customer specified at the time of payment is authoritative.
2. The seller offers the following delivery methods: Standard delivery. Other delivery methods only by individual request. Other delivery methods entail additional charges that shall be borne by the customer.
3. Delivery costs out of Thailand will be calculated by region.
4. Unless otherwise specified in the offer, delivery time is within 1-7 days within Thailand. In countries out of Thailand, delivery will be in accordance with air freight of standard delivery via International logistic providers.
5. If the delivery of the goods fails three times, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. If necessary, any payments made will be partially reimbursed (70% of total payment) to you.
6. If the product status is on “Pre-Order”, Ryde Culture will specify estimated date of product delivery on the product detail page.

How we make delivery
Ryde Culture uses Thailand’s leading logistics/courier delivery company such as Kerry, Flash Express, J&T, etc.
We will select the best delivery company depending on its current situations.
Cancellation/return policy
You have the right to cancel the product within 7 days after receiving the good without giving any reason.
To return an ebike that is not defective or damaged, you must contact Ryde Culture via email or chat service center. The ebike must be in no-use condition or less than 2 km, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.)
Refund policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Ryde Culture will process refund to the original form of payment. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,
and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
The cost of shipping and payment fee (3% of buying value) will be deducted from your refund.
Ryde Culture uses Omise payment gateway as our form of payment, our refund timeframe is following its policy as below.
“Omise processes refunds immediately. Credit card holders will receive the refunded amount in their next billing cycle. For debit cards, the amount will be returned within 30-60 days.”

For installment transaction, customer absorbs the interest, the deducted interest fee will not be refunded.
